This is the very worst piece of machinery I™€™ve ever owned. From day one this dryer has been super slow to dry. I phoned Electrolux multiple time, spent way too much time with unsatisfactory answers, and eventually they agreed to send a serviceman out. He moved the dryer a bit further away from the wall and told me the problem was fixed. NOPE. NO IMPROVEMENT. I™€™m looking for the possibility of a lemon law case. I™€™m in my 60s, tech savvy, and have never owned such a useless piece of junk

How do you review something that you've only had for a few weeks and is a long term appliance... Here's what I can honestly tell you for sure. Electrolux has excellent customer service. I had many dumb questions, never waited long on the phone and got all of the answers I needed. I had an issue with space and needed the size of the washer and dryer to be below a very specific height. Apparently manufacturers used to make these things smaller but now only little washers and dryers with a small cubic foot capacity will fit like I needed, except for Electrolux. With the research I did I can legitimately tell you that Electrolux is the only one that makes a good cubic foot size that is less than 40" high. So far they have worked like a dream and had more cycles and controls than I imagined. They are very clean looking, high tech, get my clothes cleaner and dryer faster. To top it all off, the price was right. Full disclosure, it was better than right. I would have paid more (meaning I had a budget and came in below that budget). I was surprised how much I saved compared to the other brands. I have made some bad decisions in my life and this was not one of them. : ) Glad I picked these up. Win.

This is our first experience with natural gas dryer. I can't tell if the dryer is getting hot enough. It seems to me that our prior electric dryer (also an Electrolux) gets hotter. We haven't had time to fully test as of this writing.

This dryer has all the settings you need and more. Everything you need, even a refresh cycle that uses steam to refresh and de-wrinkle your clothes. It is also very quiet, which is great if you have a second floor laundry room.

This dryer has all the bells and whistles I was looking for and is from a reputable company known for making good quality products. The only negative I would offer is that in order to activate some of the settings, you have to select the right combination of settings. This is mostly intuitive, but I still had to go to the manual 1-2 times.

This Electrolux replaced an 18-year-old model in our laundry room that was, of course, plumbed backwards into an impossible-to-clean convoluted exhaust out the roof. Just before installation a new exhaust was created with 3 elbows and a 13-foot straight shot out through the plate that will clean out super easy. Drying times have been cut by 58%.

Really happy with this dryer I have no complaints but one. With it being a gas dryer the moisture sensor isn™€™t as accurate as we wished. We have to run the dryer twice or set it to the sanitize setting for clothes to dry. Hope this doesn™€™t affect the life of the dryer.

I had to replace my stacked (all-in-one) 20 year old unit. I opted for stackable washer and stackable dryer units and am glad I did, since there was nothing wrong with my old dryer portion but the bearings were shot on the washer - had to get rid of the entire unit.
